Overview

This store is powered by Shopify and fulfilled through Printify, a third-party print-on-demand provider.

All products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Returns & Exchanges

Since each product is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color differences due to screen display

  • Minor variations in print placement

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 7-10 calendar days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged in transit)

Once approved, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.


Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local carrier.

  2. Contact us within 7-10 calendar days.

If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no cost.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled because items are custom-made.


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
